Do the therapists speak English?
Our therapists are Japanese and mostly speak Japanese. Booking works fine in English through the form, WhatsApp or LINE. During the session, simple words and gestures for pressure ("stronger", "softer") are all you need.
Can you come to my hotel?
Yes, as long as your hotel allows visitors to your room. Some hotels don't, so please check with the front desk first. Send us the hotel name and your room number once your booking is confirmed.
How late can I book?
We're open from 6:00 pm until 4:00 am, and the last booking we accept is at 4:00 am. We're closed on Mondays. Same-day requests are welcome.
Is this a sexual service?
No. TESPA offers relaxation massage only. No sexual services of any kind are provided.
What should I prepare?
Just a bed or a large towel space. We bring the oils and towels. A shower before the session is appreciated.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Card payment is done online before the visit through our payment page. Cash (yen) is paid directly to the therapist.
